The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has said it had so far traced N47.2bn and $487.5m in cash and properties to a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison Madueke.
According to EFCC, among the properties traced to Diezani are a $37.5m property on Banana Island, Lagos; two apartments valued at $350m also on Banana Island; two properties valued at N1bn in Yaba, Lagos. Also traced to her is another N900m property in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital.
