Since the news of the Dammy Krane’s arrest in Miami hit the internet last night for credit card theft, a defense attorney has finally been appointed for the singer in court.
Identified as Deborah Prager, the defense attorney will be representing Krane in court where he now faces a 9- count charge, including fraud and grand theft.
Under Florida law, Grand Theft is any intentional and unlawful taking of property valued at $300.00 or more.
Grand theft is a felony offense, with penalties that may include prison, probation, fines, restitution, and a permanent criminal record.
As earlier reported, the singer was arrested on Friday, June 2, in Dade County, Miami, Florida and is currently in jail with his bail set at $5,000.
